Restaurant “Louis” was founded from Louis Paloukis in 2008. With his passion for gastronomy and his 30 year experience as a restauranter, he wished to leave his own personal mark in Rhodes traditional cuisine by creating the restaurant “Louis” with the target of satisfying even the most demanding customer.
